Mangosteen

Mangosteen or Mangostin is extracted from the fruit rind of the mangosteen fruit.

Mangosteen fruits are rich in polyphenols, especially xanthones, and are a powerful antioxidant and anti-irritant.

They offer protection and soothing of the skin and have excellent properties for cosmetic formulations such as day creams, face masks, anti-aging / anti-photoaging preparations, skin soothing products, sun protection, after-sun and after-shave products.
