Welcome to our team, Ann-Katrin Niehoff! We are delighted to welcome our new colleague Ann-Katrin Niehoff to GfN and Selco! Her professional journey began with an apprenticeship as a hairdresser - a foundation that not only brought craftsmanship, but also a deep understanding of skin and hair care. Her passion for cosmetics and active ingredients led her to study cosmetics and detergent technology in Lemgo. She gained her first experience in the cosmetics industry at Symrise in the Personal Care application technology department before moving to the technical sales department for cosmetic raw materials at Safic-Alcan - a role in which she was able to successfully combine formulation knowledge with customer understanding. Thanks to a recommendation from a former colleague, she is now part of our team - a great example of how valuable professional networks can be. Particularly exciting: a three-week stay in the Symrise laboratory in Spain, which not only refreshed her formulation skills, but also her Spanish language skills. Ann-Katrin will be working for us in technical marketing and sales of cosmetic active ingredients - with tasks such as preparing for trade fairs, creating marketing materials and providing scientific advice to our customers. |

In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, good food and spending time with family and friends - whether it's doing sports, exploring new restaurants or being outdoors in nature. We are very much looking forward to working together and, of course, to discovering new trends and innovative active ingredients together with YOU! |
