Welcome to our team, Insa Waller!

We are delighted that Insa Waller is now part of our team! ✨

With her background in cosmetic technology and sales & marketing, as well as over 10 years of experience in the industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her career has taken her from Rahn in Zurich - where she also wrote her bachelor's thesis - to LR Health & Beauty in product development, and various roles at IOI Oleo in sales, application engineering, and technical marketing.

A happy coincidence - and an old friendship - brought her to us: she has known Michèle Lindner for over nine years... and now they finally get to work together.

Insa has already experienced a lot: from working and traveling in France and Spain to solo trips through Europe and Asia to hiking on the deserted Great Wall of China. In her free time, she loves yoga, arthouse cinema, fashion, and architecture - and plans to start Lindy Hop or fencing again soon. And at the top of her list is finally learning Chinese - the voucher is already waiting!

Insa is joining us as a product manager, initially supporting Karen Mörs and Pia Fischer, and is expected to take over the product management division in 2027. She will be working remotely from Hamburg and will be responsible for supplier relations, continuously expanding our product portfolio, and thus working very closely with the interfaces in our companies.

She is looking forward to a complete fresh start - new products, new tasks, new colleagues. And although she is starting remotely, the team in Wald-Michelbach has already given her a very warm welcome - including joint dinner evenings. ❤️
