Carboxymethyl Glucan is obtained through the chemical modification of insoluble beta-glucan, which is isolated from the cell walls of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast).

CM Glucan is an effective ingredient for protecting the skin against UV damage, strengthens the body’s natural defense mechanisms, and helps accelerate wound healing.

It is also widely used in anti-acne formulations and is an effective moisturizer.
